Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package every step of the way.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at stevoxrwnd@yahoo.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before processing.
